Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here's how order cancellations work at Kelunarixora.
Cancelling Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kelunarixora.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancelling After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it. In that case, you're welcome to return the item once it arrives, in line with our Refund and Returns policy.
Cancelling Custom or Made-to-Order Items
For products that are custom formulated, personalized, or made to order (such as engraved packaging or personalized gift sets), cancellation may only be possible within a limited window after the order is placed, before production or preparation begins. This will be noted on the relevant product listing where applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please see our Refund and Returns policy for full details on how to exercise this right.
Order Changes
If you'd like to change an item, size, or quantity in your order, please reach out as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't yet entered processing, we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@kelunarixora.com with your order number; the reason for cancellation, if you're comfortable sharing it; and whether you'd like a refund or store credit, where applicable.
